As the OEDL recently instituted a new process for entering the stats, there are a few ways that you can help us get you results faster. Please ensure the following when you send in scans/pics of your score sheets to oedlscores@gmail.com:

1) E-mail titles should be formatted as: Div # / Team Name / Week #, e.g. Division 2, Mac's Tavern I, Week 6.
2) Please ensure that your entire scan/photo of the score sheet is clear. You should be able to double check this by zooming in on it on your phone.
3) Take a scan/photo of the white sheet instead of the yellow.
4) When a player hits an out, please circle his/her number in the game columns and up next to the player's name at the top. Now, in the three game format, players get credits for half outs even if they do not win the match. So, a person with 2 outs in a 301 set should be denoted with 2 circles around their number; one 301/501 out can have a full circle.
5) Please do not use nicknames on the score sheets. Names matching the system will be easier to put in.
6) Ensure names next to high-ons/high-outs/171+s are written legibly. 301 games under 11 darts and 501 games under 15 darts are also worth points in the new system, so please note these at the bottom as well. High-ons/outs start at 77.

Thanks to everyone who sent their sheets in clearly and straightaway. Enjoy the stats

Paul, the sheet says you had a 60 out in 301 (half out because it's best of three; Tim E had the second out of 32). 501 wins are entered as two half outs because it's a best of three match. If you click on the "matches" tab on your personal stats page (http://www.yourleaguestats.com/darts/oedl/player-stats-individual.php?id=6827), you can see that all 5 are "W." If you click on the "all-stars" tab, you can see the 90 - HiOnA.

I also had an 80 outshot........s20 s20 db20 Jeff can confirm...so if a full out does not count in singles 501 when does it ? in a doubles? wouldnt it make more sense because its a singles match? half would be with a partner. just my opinion.

Thanks,

Paul

Point wise, 2 half outs = 1 out. A half out is five pts; 1 full out is 10. If someone only wins one leg, they get a half out credit.

ok so if i was playing in a doubles match and I took out both legs it would be a full out?
im not saying your wrong because i pretty sure you know the system more than i do...i think its flawed.
could you give me an example of a full out?

A full/"regular" out is an out in any other game that isn't best of three, e.g. cricket, 801, etc. Rob broke it down here: http://www.yourleaguestats.com/darts/oedl/league-news.php#302

For any players that notice discrepancies in a week's stats, please email oedlscores@gmail with the correction, your team, division & week of play. All stats look updated in time for Week 7.
